Don't get hacked this business season 🔐

Hello, and welcome back to our weekly dose of ☕ Coffee with Anna.

With the holiday season coming to the end, now is the perfect time to get your digital life in order. While we were very busy taking and sharing photos, we might have overlooked some basic cybersecurity rules. But as we head into the next business season, being secure is non-negotiable.

The Power of Your Digital Keys 🗝️

Think of every app, website, and online service you use as a different door. For each door, you need a different key. Using the same password for everything is like using one key for your car, your house, and your office. If you lose that one key, all your doors are left wide open.

This is why having a unique and strong password for every single account is the most fundamental rule of cybersecurity. It's the first line of defense for your bank account, your email, your social media, and all your important data.

"But how do I remember all of them?" you might ask. That's where a password manager comes in.

A password manager is like a secure digital key ring. It remembers all your unique passwords for you and can even generate new, super-strong ones. All you need to remember is one master password to unlock it. It's a simple, smart habit that can save you a lot of trouble.

If you’ve ever wanted to know more about this, I've shared my personal thoughts and tips in my latest post:

A Deeper Dive into Cybersecurity

Are you a small business owner, a parent, or a young professional who never had a proper cybersecurity training at work? I’ve noticed a lot of people feel this way, and I want to change that.

I'm preparing a short and practical training called "Back 2 Basics" that covers these exact topics, from passwords to common scams and more. If you're interested in being on the waiting list to get a first invite, please sign up here:

Thanks for joining me. Be safe out there, and I’ll be back next week with more.
